Pastor Onyebo Azuka Clement on Friday in Toronto, Canada was conferred with the Global Migration Leadership Award at the 3rd Journalists International Forum For Migration-JIFORM Global Migration summit in Toronto, Canada.
The event themed: Exploring The Benefits Of Migration Post Covid-19 Era To Retool Global Economy was held at the Abedorc Productions Inc in Toronto.
Azuka was singled out as a result of his passion to end the menace of human trafficking and irregular migration in Nigeria.
He is a member of the Delta State Taskforce on irregular migration and human trafficking in Nigeria.
Other awardees included the President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Christopher Isiguzo, Festus Ahon of Vanguard newspaper, Nigeria, Bimbo Oyetunde, the General Manager of Radio Nigeria, Bronze FM Benin City and Pastor Solomon A. Folorunsho of Home for The Needy, Benin City Edo State
