The Journalists International Forum For Migration (JIFORM) has congratulated Dr. Williams Azuma Ijoma, the President of Organization Pour I’integration Africaine Togo over his appointment by the Yaweh Hills University (YHU) South Africa.
In a letter dated April 24, 2021 signed by Professor Joseph O. Aina, the Vice-Chancellor YHU the university approved the appointment of Ijoma as its coordinator for students’ admission and online courses.
Ajibola Abayomi, President of JIFORM in a statement on Tuesday described the development as right step in the right direction for the lecturer who has been dedicating his time to campaign against irregular migration with JIFORM.
“Kindly accept our congratulations on behalf of the over 300 journalists covering migration across the globe under JIFORM” Ajibola said.
The letter in full reads: “Yahweh Hills University hereby give authorization for Dr. Williams Azuma Ijoma, the President of Organization Pour I’integration Africaine Togo our partner, to act on her behalf in training online students of the university.
“The scope of this letter of authorization to act on behalf of the university includes any and all admissions and academic activities on online Programmes of Yahweh hills University with no restrictions. This authorization to act on her behalf will begin on April 27, 2021.”
